How Does It Work?
BEGIN ONLINE
First, it starts with Pathways' online assessment, which will help you decide what learning path to start with based on your goals. Bonus, you receive one free path when you join as a Toastmasters member! Next, progress through your path by completing projects, giving presentations at club meetings, and implementing feedback - all done at your own pace. Each path has five levels. Begin with mastering the fundamentals before working your way up to advance skills.
Best of all, Pathways is available in eight languages online or in print!

Club Meeting Roles
Since members run Toastmasters meetings, leadership positions are filled by members who volunteer to conduct the meetings as key role participants. Combining this experience with the leadership skills you learn through Pathways and you will not only build your speaking skills but gain valuable experience in leading teams.
Club Officers
A club officer has a vital role within Toastmasters International. The success of a club and its members depend on how well you and your fellow club officers execute your responsibilities. By providing leadership and support, you can foster a positive environment conducive to members' personal and professional growth, allowing them to achieve their Toastmasters education program goals. In turn, the support you provide to the club and its members aids you in strengthening your leadership skills.
Mentorship
With support from experienced mentors in your club, you can achieve more personally and professionally goals than you ever thought possible.

Mentors help new members become familiar with the Toastmasters' educational program, club meeting roles, and opportunities available through membership.

As a mentor, you will also reap the rewards. Mentees often offer new information and perspectives. Mentors continue to strengthen their own knowledge and skills through mentoring. Share in the joy and appreciation when you help someone achieve their goals.
